Greet and assist customers on the lot
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
Negotiate pricing, financing, and warranties
Maintain knowledge of our inventory and current promotions
Follow up with leads and ensure a great customer experience
Previous automotive or retail sales experience preferred (but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
English/Spanish speaking a must
Competitive commission per deal
